Electrical Safety
Important work we are often called on to carry out is periodic inspection and testing of electrical installations, which is a legal requirement for private landlords with rental properties to have done at least every five years – and highly advisable for homeowners when buying or selling a property.
We are qualified and competent to carry out electrical testing and issue an EICR (Electrical Condition Report) after ensuring that everything measures up to IET Wiring Regulation standards and is hazard free.
If any work is needed to bring things up to standard we can make sure it is done within the required 28 days of the initial inspection.
We also undertake PAT (Portable Appliance Testing) for both domestic and commercial clients.
